PAGE 1 OF 2 nDHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISDRS RECORDING FEE 0.00 He RESOLUTION NO. 95-11 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN ABANDONMENT OF A ROADWAY EASEMENT LOCATED BETWEEN PARCEL 7 AND 8, NORTH OF SHAW DRIVE AND SOUTH OF BORIANA MINE ROAD, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST IN THE YUCCA PORTION OF THE MOHA VE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on January 3, 1995, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Abandomnent of the above described property to Mildred D. Love of Kingman, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the area proposed to be abandoned is located south of Boriana Mine Road and west of Suzzette Road. TIris land is accessed via Alamo Road to Boriana Mine Road, then to Ernest Road to the site. The owner wants to abandon the roadway and combine the adjacent lots. Roadways do not physically exist and are not needed for ingress! egress purposes, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on December 14, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for an Abandomnent subject to the following: 1. That the eastern SO feet of Em est Road on the west side of Parcel 8 from a point SO feet north of the centerline of the intersection of Ernest Road and Shaw Drive, continuing north to the south right-of-way of Boriana Mine Road, be abandoned. Also, the abandomnent of a roadway easement described as the western SO feet of Ernest Road on the east side of Parcel 7, beginning at a point 50 feet north of the centerline of Shaw Drive continuing north to Long Drive; a SO-foot roadway easement known as Long Drive, west from Ernest Road a distance of 660.67 feet to an unnamed easement; the abandomnent of an urmamed SO-foot easement from Long Drive to Short Drive a distance of 660.S7 feet; the abandomnent of a SO-foot roadway easement known as Short Drive from the urmamed easement a distance of 660.81 feet to Ernest Road; and the abandomnent of the west SO-foot roadway easement known as Ernest Road on the east side of Parcel 7 from Short Drive to the south right-of-way of Boriana Mine Road. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, December 18, 1994, and posted on December 19,1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. BK 2~1~ PG ~22 (FEE.9~- 2010) NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on January 3, 1995, APPROVED this Abandonment as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
