WHEREAS, in a letter received by Planning and Zoning on November 2, 1994, D. L. Tilton states
that the Extension of Time is needed because the access to this subdivision will not exist until the Sun Desert
Subdivision is developed. All utilities must be routed through Sun Desert, also. In the letter he advises that
it is their intent to develop Moon Valley as soon as Sun Desert builds the access road and brings the utilities
to the property line, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Subdivision Plan was approved by the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors on March 4, 1991, via Resolution No. 91-63. BOS Resolution No. 91-337, dated December
16, 1991, approved the Final Plat which has not yet been recorded. This will serve as the first and second
Extensions of Time, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on
December 14, 1994, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for an Extension of Time subject to the
following:
1. Compliance with all conditions as stated in BOS Resolution Nos. 91-63 and 91-337.
2, Submittal of revised or recertification of cost estimate to be approved by the County
Engineer.
3. This Extension of Time will be in effect until December 16, 1995.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of
general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, December 18, 1994, and posted December 19,
1994, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting
on Tuesday, January 3,1995, APPROVED this Extension of Time as recommended by the Mohave County
Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
