PAGE 1 OF 2 ~1i-;;/A1oHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ~~., RECORDING FEE 0.0'0 He RESOLUTION NO. 95-91 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR A ZONING USE PERMIT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN RV (RECREATIONAL VEHICLE) PARK IN A C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) ZONE IN MEADVIEW UNIT 9, TRACT 1161, LOTS 243, 244, 250 AND 251, IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST, IN THE MEADVIEW PORTION OF THE MORAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MORAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on March 10, 1995, a public hearing was conducted to deterrnme whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for the above described property to owners Dennis and Ruth Ogden of Mead view, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the property is located south of Meadview and east of Pierce Ferry Road. The property is accessed from Pierce Ferry Road via Sandview Drive, then east approximately 400 feet to Glenwood Drive, then north approximately 150 feet to the southwest corner of the property, and WHEREAS, the property is vacant at this time with no indication of utilities or other infrastructure on the property. There is a large wash to the north of the property that lies within a dedicated drainage easement. The nearest paved roadway is Pierce Ferry Road, and WHEREAS, this Zoning Use Permit was conditionally approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on November I, 1993, per BOS Resolution No. 93-320, and WHEREAS, the applicant requested in a letter dated November 28, 1994, that the Zoning Use Permit be extended for one year. The letter stated that they have not received approval from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) for the project and will not be able to obtain environmental permits until this approval is obtained. Approximately $5,000 worth of grading and leveling has been completed, and WHEREAS, this will be the first Extension of Time for this property, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on February 8, 1995, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for an Extension of Time for a Zoning Use Permit subject to the following: I. This Extension of Time will be in effect until November 1, 1995. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, February 19, 1995, and posted February 17, 1995, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Friday, March 10, 1995, APPROVED this Extension of Time for a Zoning Use Permit as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
