RESOLUTION NO. 95-108
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH RESCISSION OF A ZONING USE PERMIT FOR THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF A RESIDENCE IN A C-2 ZONE, NEW KINGMAN ADDITION, UNIT 3,
BLOCK 5, LOT 14, OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, IN THE
KINGMAN AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on March 10,
1995, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for Rescission of
a Zoning Use Permit for the above described property to owner Mr. George E. Escoffier, and
WHEREAS, the property is located west of Highway 66 and north of Gordon Avenue. It is accessed
from Highway 66 via Martin Lane, then northeast on Mallard Drive to the site, and
WHEREAS, this Zoning Use Permit was conditionally approved for a mobile home to be used as
the residence by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on March 4, 1991 via BOS Resolution No. 91-81.
It was amended on March 9, 1992 with BOS Resolution No. 92-83 to use a house as the residence instead
of a mobile home. It was extended with BOS Resolution No. 94-169 on June 6, 1994, and
WHEREAS, the property owner requested in a letter dated December 28, 1994, that the Zoning Use
Permit be rescinded. He stated in his letter that very few, if any, of the conditions have been met. Mr.
Escoffier is trying to evict the person who is on the property now, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on
February 8, 1995, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for Rescission of a Zoning Use Permit
subject to the following:
1. BOS Resolution Nos. 91-81, 92-83 and 94-169 are rescinded as per the request of the
property owner.
2. This Rescission of a Zoning Use Permit will be in effect upon Board of Supervisors
approval.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of
general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, February 19, 1995, and posted February 17, 1995,
as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting
on Friday, March 10, 1995, APPROVED this Rescission of a Zoning Use Permit as recommended by the
Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
