PAGE 1 OF 1 HOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDI~G FEE 0,00 NC RESOLUTION NO. 95-199 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A ROAD NAMING IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, THE PROPOSED NAME BEING SPINNER BAIT DRIVE, IN THE MOHA VE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on May 1, 1995, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Road Naming in the above described area, and WHEREAS, the proposed road to be named is accessed via Calle Charcas, then south on Bank Street approximately 650 feet, then west approximately 2,545 feet. The road is between Bank Street on the east side and Avenida Mendez on the west, and is located in Sunward Ho! Ranches, a re-subdivision of Turquesa Acres, and WHEREAS, this request has been reviewed and approved by the Mohave County Rural Addressing Coordinator, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on April 12, 1995, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of Spinner Bait Drive as the proposed Road Name. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, April 16, 1995, and posted April 14, 1995, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, May I, 1995, APPROVED this Road Naming as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
