PAGE 1 OF 2 y HOHAVE COUNTY SOARD OF SUPERVISORS REC.ORDIMG fEE Q,OO Ne RESOLUTION NO. 95-192 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A RESCISSION OF 80S RESOLUTION NO. 91-73 WHICH APPROVED THE PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAN FOR QUAIL CREEK, TRACT 3032, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PARCEL 239, IN THE SW'I. OF THE NE'I. OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST, LOCATED IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA. 1. That BOS Resolution Nos, 91-73 and 91-104 be rescinded. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on Monday, May I, 1995, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Rescission of a Resolution for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan, and WHEREAS, the resolution which approved this subdivision indicates the developers of this tract are Gary Aliengena and John Hasset of EI Toro, California. The engineer of record is noted as Anderson- Nelson, Inc. of Riviera, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the subdivision is located north of Highway 68 between Teddy Roosevelt and Colorado Roads, and WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan depicted approximately 40-plus acres subdivided into 112 single- family lots, and WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan for this tract was approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on March 4, 1991, per BOS Resolution No. 91-73. The property was rezoned per BOS Resolution No. 91-104, and WHEREAS, the first Extension of Time was required on March 4, 1993, the second extension on March 4, 1994, and the third extension March 4, 1995, which would have brought the subdivision current. No Extensions of Time have been requested by the owner. Letters have been sent to the owner notiJYing them that approval of their subdivision expired, and an Extension of Time was required. There was no response to the Planning and Zoning Department's inquiries, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on April 12, 1995, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for an Rescission of a Resolution for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan subject to the following: WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Arizona, Mohave County, Arizona, April 16, 1995 and posted on April 14, 1995, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. . . . ,. RESOLUTION NO. 95-192 Page 2 PAGE 2 Of 2 BK '~62 PG 840 (FEE;95-2J056l NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on May 1, 1995, APPROVED this Rescission of a Resolution for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
