OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 18 WEST, FROM A- R/36A (AGRIcUL TURAL-RESIDENTIALrrmRTY SIX ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE TO A-R/2A (AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIALrrWO ACRE MINIMUM LOT SIZE) ZONE, IN THE GOLDEN VALLEY AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on May I, 1995, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Extension of Time for a Rezone for the above described property as requested by Kristan 1. and Joan Mae Harrison of Carson City, Nevada, and WHEREAS, the property is located south of Oatman Road and east of Sacramento Road. This property is accessed from Oatman Road via Sacramento Road, then south to the property, and WHEREAS, the applicant proposes to subdivide the property into 16 two-plus acre parcels. The owners wanted the rezoning approved before submitting engineering plans for the subdivision. As of this date, Mr. Harrison has not submitted a Sketch Plan for the proposed subdivision, and WHEREAS, this zone change was conditionally approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on April 4, 1994 via BOS Resolution No. 94-106, and WHEREAS, this Extension of Time will allow the applicant enough time to complete the conditions set forth in BOS Resolution No. 94-106 as stated in Mr. Harrison's letter of February 20,1995, and WHEREAS, the requirement of the new Extension of Time policy has been met. This will be the first Extension of Time for this property, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on April 12, 1995, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for an Extension of Time for a Rezone subject to the following: 1. Continued compliance with the conditions ofBOS Resolution No. 94-106. 2. This Extension of Time will be in effect until April 4, 1996. 3. This will be the last Extension of Time if the Sketch Plan for this project is not filed by April 4,1996. , . . RESOLUTION NO. 95-181 Page 2 PAGE 2 O. 2 BK 2562 PG 819 (.EE~95-23045) WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, April 16, 1995, and posted April 14, 1995, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, May I, 1995, APPROVED this Extension of Time for a Rezone as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
