RESOLUTION NO. 95-180
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A RESCISSION OF BOS RESOLUTION NO. 91-43 WHICH
APPROVED THE PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAN FOR ALLINGTON ACRES, TRACT
4115, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF A PARCEL IN THE SY>, SY>, SEY.., SWY.. OF SECTION 25,
TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHA VE VALLEY
AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on Monday,
May 1, 1995, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a
Rescission of a Resolution for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan, and
WHEREAS, the resolution which approved this subdivision indicates the owners/developers of this
tract are Richard D. and Dorothea Allington of Grove, Oklahoma. The engineer of record is noted as A-N
West, Inc., of Bullhead City, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the subdivision is located east of Highway 95 imd north of Joy Lane, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan depicted five acres subdivided into 16 single-family lots, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan for this tract was approved by the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors on February 4, 1991, per BOS Resolution No. 91-43. The property was rezoned per BOS
Resolution No. 91-69. An abandonment and reversion to acreage for a parcel plat was conditionally
approved in regards to the subdivision per BOS Resolution No. 90-361, and
WHEREAS, the first Extension of Time was required on February 4,1993, the second extension
on February 4, 1994, and third extension February 4, 1995, which would have brought the subdivision
current. No Extensions of Time have been requested by the owner. Letters have been sent to the owner
notifying them that approval of their subdivision expired, and an Extension of Time was required. There
was no response to the Planning and Zoning Department's inquiries, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on
April 12, 1995, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for an Rescission of a Resolution for a
Preliminary Subdivision Plan subject to the following:
1. That BOS Resolution Nos. 91-43, 91-69, and 91-361 be rescinded.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of
general circulation in Kingman, Arizona, Mohave County, Arizona, April 16, 1995 and posted on April 14,
1995, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting
on May I, 1995, APPROVED this Rescission of a Resolution for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan as
recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
