PAGE i Of 2 HOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDI~G FEE 0.00 Nt RESOLUTION NO. 95-228 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A RESCISSION OF BOS RESOLUTION NO. 92-275 WHICH APPROVED THE PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAN AND PETITION OF EXCEPTION FOR AZTEC VILLAGE, TRACT 4144, BEING A PORTION OF THE NW'I. SW'I. SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on Monday, June 5, 1995, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Rescission of a Resolution for a Preliminary Subdivision Plan, and WHEREAS, the resolution which approved this subdivision indicates the developer of this tract is G. Michael Regan & Associates of Bullhead City, Arizona. The engineer of record is noted as Territorial Engineers, Inc., Bullhead City, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the subdivision is located east of Highway 95 and north of Aztec Road, and WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan depicted approximately 4.0S acres subdivided into 14 single- family lots, and WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan for this tract was approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on March 9, 1992, per BaS Resolution No. 92-65 and an amendment to the original resolution on August 17, 1992 per BaS Resolution No. 92-275, and WHEREAS, the first Extension of Time was required on August 17, 1994, which would have brought the subdivision current. No Extensions of Time have been requested by the owner. Letters have been sent to the owners notifying them that approval of their subdivision has expired, and an Extension of Time was required, There was no response to the Planning and Zoning Department's inquiries, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on May 10, 1995, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for a Rescission subject to the following: I. That BaS Resolution Nos. 92-65 and 92-275 be rescinded. WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, May 21,1995 and posted on May 19, 1995, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. . . RESOLUTION NO. 95-228 Page 2 PAGE 2 OF 2 BK 2~?7?G 531 (FEE;95-29301l NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on June 5, 1995, APPROVED this Rescission as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
