RESOLUTION NO. 95-200
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A ROAD NAMING IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 21
NORTH, RANGE 14 WEST, THE PROPOSED NAME BEING DALLY LANE, IN THE MOHA VE
COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on May I,
1995, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Road Naming
in the above described area, and
WHEREAS, the proposed road to be named is accessed via Interstate 40, then south on Blake Ranch
Road approximately 1,900 feet, then west on Saddle Drive approximately 870 feet, then north on Dally
Drive to a point 685 feet east of the west section line of Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 14 West.
The proposed road, Dally Lane, extends north between Parcel I and 2 of Cedar Hills Ranches, Unit 2,
approximately 2,105 feet, and
WHEREAS, this request has been reviewed and approved by the Mohave County Rural Addressing
Coordinator, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on
April 12, 1995, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of Dally Lane as the proposed Road Name.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of
general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, April 16, 1995, and posted April 14, 1995, as
required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting
on Monday, May I, 1995, APPROVED this Road Naming as recommended by the Mohave County
Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
