RESOLUTION NO. 95-281
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A RESCISSION OF BOS RESOLUTION NO. 91-69 WHICH
APPROVED THE REZONING OF A PORTION OF THE El/2 SVz SVZ SEIA SWIA, SECTION 25,
TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, TO BE K"IOWN AND SUBDIVIDED AS
ALLINGTON ACRES, TRACT 4115, FROM A-R (AGRICULTURAL. RESIDENTIAL) ZONE, TO
R-O (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIALIMOBILE HOMES PROHIBITED) ZONE, LOCA TED IN
THE SOUTH MOHA VE VALLEY AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on July 5,
1995, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Rescission of
a Resolution for a Rezoning for the above described property, and
WHEREAS, the resolution approving the Preliminary Plan for Allington Acres was rescinded by
the Board of Supervisors at their May I, 1995, meeting. Because the subdivision is no longer viable, the
resolution approving the rezone in connection to the subdivision should also be rescinded. Future
rescissions of resolutions for subdivisions will also include the rescission of the resolution for the rezone
of the property, and
WHEREAS, the Mohave County Public Works Department requests compliance with current
requirements; final plats must show compatibility with drainage and circulation patterns of recent nearby
development, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on
June 14, 1995, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for a Rescission of a Resolution subject to the
following:
1. BOS Resolution No 91-69 be rescinded.
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of
general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, June 18, 1995, and posted June 16, 1995, as
required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting
on Wednesday, July 5, ]995. APPROVED this Rescission of a Resolution as recommended by the Mohave
County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
