PAGE i OF 2 HOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 Ne RESOLUTION NO. 95-276 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A RESCISSION OF BOS RESOLUTION NOS. 90-341 AND 91-38 WHICH APPROVED THE REVISED PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAN AND REZONING FOR GOLDEN SANDS, TRACT 4114, BEING THE WVZ NWIA, SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, LOCATED IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on July 5, 1995, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Rescission of a Resolution of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan and rezone for the above described property, and WHEREAS, the resolution which approved this subdivision indicates the developer of this tract is Richard Krotz, Rancho Mirage, California. The engineer of record is noted as Thomas F. Lagier of RBF & Associates, Palm Desert, California, and WHEREAS, the subdivision is located east of Highway 95 at the southeasterly intersection of King Street and Mountain View Road. The Preliminary Plan depicted approximately 80 acres subdivided into 245 single-family residential lots, and WHEREAS, the Revised Preliminary Plan for this tract was approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on December 3, 1990, per BOS Resolution No. 90-341. The property was rezoned per BOS . Resolution No. 91-38, and WHEREAS, the first Extension of Time was required on December 3, 1992; the second Extension of Time was required on December 3, 1993; and the third extension was required on December 3, 1994, which would have brought the subdivision CUlTent. No Extensions of Time have been requested by the owner. Letters have been sent to the owner notifying them that approval of their subdivision expired, and an Extension of Time was required. There has been no response to the Planning and Zoning Department's inquiries, and WHEREAS, the Mohave County Public Works Department requests compliance with CUlTent requirements; final plats must show compatibility with drainage and circulation patterns of recent nearby development, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on June 14, 1995, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for a Rescission of a Resolution subject to the following: I. RESOLUTION NO. 95-276 PAGE RK 2 OF 2 2591 f'G 428 \ FEE~95 -35(73) Page 2 WHEREAS, the nOlicc of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Mincr, a newspapcr of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, June 18, 1995. and posted June 16, 1995, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Wednesday, July 5, 1995, APPROVED this Rescission of a Resolution as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
