RESOLVTIO:\" 95-340 'VHEREAS, The Board of Supervisors of Mohavc County met in regular session this 7th day of August 1995, and WHEREAS, Arizona Revised Statutes No. 28-627,No. 28-643 and No. 28-855 authorize local authorities to place and maintain traffic control devices upon streets and highways under their jurisdiction as they deem necessary to regulate, warn or guide traffic, and "THEREAS, A Traffic Safety Committee was established to review the warrants and make recommendations to the Mohave County Board of Supervisors for establishing traffic control devices within Mohave County, and 'VHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Committee has revie\\'ed the circurllstances surrounding the warrants for establishing traffic control devices as presented herein, and lVHEREAS, the Traffic Safety Committee has made its recommendation for the establishing of said traffic control devices. !'\O'V THEREFORE, IT IS RESOL\"ED that the Department of Public Works is hereby directed by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors to place the fonowing traffic-control devices as recommended by the Traffic Safety Committee: "Mohave Valley Area.
