RESOLUTION NO. 96-36
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE ACCEPTANCE OF AS-BUILT IMPROVEMENT
PLANS AND RELEASE OF ALL REMAINING ASSURANCES ON A PORTION OF SECTIONS
4 AND 5, TOWNSHIP 40 NORTH, RANGE 15 WEST, KNOWN AS BEAVER DAM RESORT,
TRACT 3015-B, IN THE ARIZONA STRIP AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on February
5, 1996, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for the
Acceptance of As-Built Improvement Plans and Release of All Remaining Assurances for the above
described property as requested by G. R. Frisby of Mesquite, Nevada, and
WHEREAS, the property is located north of Interstate 15 and fronts along the east side of "old"
Highway 91, and is south of and adjoins the Beaver Dam Lodge and extends to the Beaver Dam Wash.
Access is provided to this parcel directly from Highway 91, and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer has reviewed the engineer's report and improvements and
recommends that the County accept the as-built plans and release of assurances, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan for this project was approved by the Board of Supervisors July
6, 1987, per BOS Resolution No, 87-100. The Final Plat for this project was approved by the Board of
Supervisors on October 3, 1988. The Rezoning ofthis parcel was approved by the Board of Supervisors per
BOS Resolution No. 87-101. The first, second and third Extensions of Time were approved by the Board
of Supervisors on October 7, 1991, per BOS Resolution No, 91-260. The fourth Extension of Time was
approved by the Board of Supervisors on August 3, 1992, per BOS Resolution No, 92-251. The fifth
Extension of Time was approved by the Board of Supervisors on September 7, 1993, per BOS Resolution
No. 93-247. The sixth Extension of Time was approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 3,1994,
per BOS Resolution No. 94-382, and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on
January 10, 1996, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of the As-Built Improvement Plans and
Release of All Remaining Assurances on Beaver Dam Resort, Tract 3015-B, as recommended by the
Mohave County Public Works Department, and
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of
general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, January 21, 1996 and posted on January 19, 1996,
as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting
on February 5, 1996, APPROVED the As-Built Improvement Plans and Release of All Remaining
Assurances for Beaver Dam Resort, Tract 3015-B, as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and
Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
