M\CROAlMED INDEXED 9617884 BK 2711 PG 3 OFFICIAL RECORDS OF MOHAVE COUNTY, Ai JOAN MC CALL, MOHAVE COUNTY RECORDER 04/03/96 02:2tP PAGE 1 OF 2 MOHAVE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 RESOLUTION NO. 96-123 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A ROAD RENAMING IN THE SYZ OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 17 WEST, THE PROPOSED ROAD RENAMING BEING FOUNTAIN HILLS ROAD, IN THE MOHA VE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on April I , 1996, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a road renaming in the described area, as requested by Shawn Campbell of Renzi and Campbell Development, Flagstaff, Arizona, and WHEREAS, Sunward Ho! Road is the name of the existing roadway along the southern section line of Section 13, Township 22 North, Range 17 West. The proposed name for this roadway is Fountain Hills Road, and WHEREAS, Renzi and Campbell Development is the owner of record of Fountain Hills Estates, Tract 3050, a proposed subdivision fronting Sunward Ho! Road. The road renaming is requested to complement the road names within this subdivision, and WHEREAS, this request has been reviewed and approved by the Mohave County Rural Addressing Coordinator, and WHEREAS, the following are Findings of Fact for the above captioned item: a. All notices have been advertised and posted according to regulations. b. Owners of property fronting Sunward Ho! Road have been notified by mail of the proposed road renaming. c. The proposed action complies with the Mohave County General Plan. d. The renaming of this roadway will not cause undue harm or inconvenience to the public. WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on March 13, 1996, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of Fountain Hills Road as the proposed new road name, and WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, March 17, 1996, and posted on March 15, 1996, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. , - . PAGE 2 OF 2 BK 2711 PG 4 FEE~9617884 Page 2 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, April 1, 1996, APPROVED this road renaming as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
