RESOLUTION NO. 96-196
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE ACCEPTANCE OF AS-BUILT IMPROVEMENT
PLANS FOR SAWMILL CREEK, TRACT 3049, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF
THE WY1 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, RANGE 16 WEST, IN THE MOHA VE
COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on June 3,
1996, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for the acceptance
of the As-Built Improvement Plans for Sawmill Creek, Tract 3049, and
WHEREAS, the owner/developer of this subdivision is Sawmill Creek Development of Kingman,
Arizona. The engineer of record for the project is John Proffit, P.E., Mohave Engineering Associates, Inc.,
also of Kingman, Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan for this subdivision was conditionally approved by the Board of
Supervisors on February 6, 1995, per BOS Resolution No. 95-52. The Preliminary Plan depicts 44.89 acres
subdivided into 13 single-family residential lots. The subdivision consists of six I-plus-acre lots, and seven
5-acre lots. The Board of Supervisors conditionally approved the Final Plat of Sawmill Creek, Tract 3049,
at their special meeting on May 20,1996, per BOS Resolution No. 96-175, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors approved an amendment to BOS Resolution No. 95-52 at
their regular meeting on May 6, 1996, per BOS Resolution No. 96-167, allowing the standard of
improvements shown on the As-Built Improvement Plans for this development, and
WHEREAS, the following are Findings of Fact for the above captioned item:
a. All notices have been advertised and posted according to regulations.
b. The proposed action complies with the Mohave County General Plan.
c, The County Engineer recommends acceptance of the As-Built Improvement Plans.
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on
May 8, 1996, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of the acceptance of the As-Built Improvement
Plans for the above subdivision, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting
on Monday, June 3,1996, APPROVED the Acceptance of the As-Built Improvement Plans for Sawmill
Creek, Tract 3049, as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined
herein.
