RESOLUTION NO. 96-182
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN ACCEPTANCE OF AS-BUILT IMPROVEMENT PLANS
AND RELEASE OF ALL REMAINING ASSURANCES FOR COURTNEY PARK EAST, TRACT
4147-A, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH,
RANGE 22 WEST, IN THE SOUTH MOHA VE VALLEY AREA, MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on June 3,
1996, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for the Acceptance
of the As-Built Improvement Plans, and approval of the release of all remaining assurances for the above
described subdivision, as requested by Denise Burton, P.E., Burton Engineering, Inc., of Bullhead City,
Arizona, and
WHEREAS, the subdivision is located approximately one and one-half miles south of Bullhead City
and is accessed via State Highway 95, then east along and south of Aztec Road, and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan for this tract was approved by the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors on July 6, 1992, per BOS Resolution No. 92-232. The first Extension of Time was granted on
September 6, 1994, per BOS Resolution No. 94-294. The second extension was granted on September 5,
1995, per BOS Resolution No. 95-363. The Final Plat approval of Tract 4147-A was granted on May 3,
1993, per BOS Resolution No. 93-143. Tract 4147-A was recorded on May 20, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer has reviewed the As-Built Improvement Plans submitted for this
project, and has determined that all improvements have substantially been completed by the developer, in
conformance to the plans, and Mohave County standards and specifications, as indicated in a letter dated
March 11, 1996 (Exhibit "A"), and
WHEREAS, the following are Findings of Fact for the above captioned item:
a. All notices have been advertised and posted according to regulations.
b. The proposed action complies with the Mohave County General Plan.
c. The County Engineer recommends acceptance of the As-Built plans and release of all
remaining assurances for this tract.
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission
on May 8, 1996, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of the Acceptance of the As-Built
Improvement Plans, and the release of all remaining assurances for Courtney Park East, Tract 4147-A, as
recommended by the Mohave County Public Works Department, and

WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of
general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, May 19, 1996, and posted on May 17, 1996, as
required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting
on Monday, June 3, 1996, APPROVED the Acceptance of the As-Built Improvement Plans and the release
of all remaining assurances for COURTNEY PARK EAST, Tract 4147-A, as recommended by the Mohave
County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
