WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for an Amendment to the Mohave County Building Ordinance 2021-03,as requested by Mohave County, and WHEREAS,on June 7, 2021,the Mohave County Board of Supervisors ADOPTED Ordinance 2021-03 adopting the 2018 International Building Codes with local amendments, and WHEREAS, on June 29, 2022 the Building Code Advisory Board considered the draft amendments and recommended to the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of Supervisors that the proposed amendments be adopted, and WHEREAS,at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on August 10, 2022, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of this amendment to the Mohave County Building Ordinance with minor clarifications, and WHEREAS,the notice of hearing for this Ordinance was published in the Kingman Daily Miner, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Arizona on August 21, 2022 and August 28, 2022, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, that the Mohave County Board of Supervisors at their regular meeting on September 6,2022,ADOPTED this Ordinance to AMEND the Mohave County Building Ordinance 2021-03 as follows(wording to be deleted is sue; wording to be added is bolded and double underlined): MOHAVE COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 2022-05 PAGE 2 SECTION 11 AMENDMENTS AND DELETIONS TO TECHNICAL CODES A.
