WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on November 4, 1996, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted for a Road Naming in the above described area as requested by James 1. James of Kingman, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the proposed road to be named is accessed from Kingman via east on 1-40 approximately 40 miles to the Fort Rock off-ramp, then north on Fort Rock Road/Diamond M Ranch Road some 2.25 miles to the intersection of the proposed road naming's point-of-beginning located on the north boundary line of Section 7, Township 21 North, Range JO West. The proposed road extends approximately 1.75 miles west through 10 different parcels located in Diamond "M" Ranches Unit IV, then terminating in the southwest corner of Parcel 12-4, being the SEV. of the SEV. of Section 12, and WHEREAS, this request has been reviewed and approved by the Mohave County Rural Addressing Coordinator, and WHEREAS, following are Findings of Fact for the above captioned item: a. All notices have been advertised and posted according to regulations. b. The proposed action complies with the Mohave County General Plan. WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on October 9, 1996, the Commission recommended APPROVAL for a Road Naming, and WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in The Standard, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, October 19, 1996, and posted October 18, 1996, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. -. .. ~ ~ I __ .
