WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on July 7, 1997, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether the approvals for the above-described project should be rescinded. The owners of record for this property are Terrance and Rosemary McNulty of Las Vegas, Nevada. The engineer of record is South Pointe Consultants, Bullhead City, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the subdivision is located approximately five miles south of Bullhead City. The site is accessed via State Highway 95, then east two miles along Boundary Cone Road and northeast to the property, and WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan depicts 357 acres subdivided into approximately 642 single- family residential lots, and WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plan was approved by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on July 23,1990, per BOS Resolution No. 90-191. The conditional rezoning of this property was approved on the same day per BOS Resolution No. 90-198. The first Extension of Time for the conditional approval of the Preliminary Plan was approved per BOS Resolution No. 92-230. The second extension was approved per BOS Resolution No. 93-210. The third extension was approved per BOS Resolution No. 94-253, expiring July 23,1995. All resolutions requiring compliance with the conditions ofBOS Resolution Nos. 90-191 and 90,198 will be voided with the rescission of the approvals for this project, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Comrnission on June 11, 1997, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of the rescission of this subdivision, and WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in The Standard, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, June 21,1997, and posted on June 20, 1997, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. . .
