WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County met in Special Session
this 24th day of February, 1998, and
WHEREAS, in compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes 22-101 the Board, by
unanimous vote, designated and divided the Kingman Justice of the Peace Precincts
using the voting precinct boundaries more particularly described in the legal description
adopted and recorded by the Board of Supervisors by Resolution No. 97-413, on
November 18, 1997, where it affects the Kingman Justice Precinct, as follows:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this Resolution is adopted and
orders the designation of said Justice of the Peace Precincts are hereby established
with office holders to take office effective January 1, 1999.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February, 1998.
