HomeMy WebLinkAbout98-092 RESOLUTION NO. 98-92 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County met in Special Session this 24th day of February, 1998, and WHEREAS, in compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes 22-101 the Board, by unanimous vote, designated and divided the Kingman Justice of the Peace Precincts using the voting precinct boundaries more particularly described in the legal description adopted and recorded by the Board of Supervisors by Resolution No. 97-413, on November 18, 1997, where it affects the Kingman Justice Precinct, as follows: CERBAT JUSTICE PRECINCT: 04- CHLORIDE 08 - MEADVIEW 09- DOLAN SPRINGS 11 - BUTLER 13 - N. HACKBERRY 19 - E. KINGMAN 20- S. HACKBERRY 22- LOGASVILLE 24- SIERRA 27 - PEACH SPRINGS 32- TRUXTON 4-0 - N. COLLEGE 45 - WHITE HILLS 62 - CAMELBACK 66- LONG MOUNTAIN Resolution No. 98-92 - page 2 KINGMAN JUSTICE PRECINCT: 01 - N. WIKIEUP 03 - S. WIKIEUP 06 - COUNTRY CLUB 10- GOLDEN VALLEY 14. - HILLTOP 15 - HUALAPAI 16 - N. KINGMAN 17 - SW KINGMAN 18 - BEALE 31 - YUCCA 38 - FAIRGROUNDS 4-6 - SACRAMENTO VALLEY 51 - MOUNTAIN VIEW 58 - BROADWAY NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this Resolution is adopted and orders the designation of said Justice of the Peace Precincts are hereby established with office holders to take office effective January 1, 1999.
