ORDINANCE NO. 2007-03
Section I:
Section I.B of Mohave County Ordinance 2005-08 is amended by deleting the current language and
replacing it to read as follows:
The Mohuve County Building Code, as adopted herein, shall apply to the unincorporated areas of the
bounty, \V'hich are zoned URBAN OVERLAY ZONE and COMMERCIAUINDUSTR1\L
con~truction in all zones, pursuant to .^Lrizono. Re'.'ised Statutes, Title 1 I, Chapter 6, Article 3,
Section 11 861 A. Unincorporated areas of Mohave County which arc zoned RUR/\L OVERL\ Y
ZONE are hereby exempt from the provisions this code for the construction of one and t\\'o family
dwellings and their associated accessorj buildings and structures-:-
The Mohave County Building Code, as adopted herein, shall apply to the unincorporated areas
of the County not included in tribal reservation, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes, Title
11, Chapter 6, Article 3, Section Il-861.A.
