RESOLUTION NO. 98-6 Page 2
WHEREAS, the subdivision has not been actively processed. No proposed phases of this
subdivision have been recorded. Ownership in the property has split among separate developers who have

tract in confomaance with the Preliminary Plan. Additionally, 15.46 acres of this property are now being
processed as a school site, altering and rendering obsolete the design of the previously approved
development. The lack of processing, the accrual of proposed changes to this subdivision and the lack of
a current Extension of Time for the approvals of the Preliminary Plan warrant rescission of all approvals for
the project, and
WHEREAS, all resolutions, including BOS Resolution Nos. 92-181, 93-116 and 96-79, which
require compliance with the conditions of the above referenced rescinded approvals, are themselves voided,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting
