ACCEPTANCE OF A PORTION OF QUAIL CREST ROAD IN THE KINQMAN AREA
INTO THE TERTIARY ROAD MAINTENANCE SYSTEM
WHEREAS, Mohave County, through its Board of Supervisors, has
established an Ordinance allowing the acceptance of certain
roadways in Mohave County into the Tertiary Road Maintenance
System, and
WHEREAS, under the terms of such Ordinance, residents of
Mohave County have submitted a petition to the Board of Supervisors
requesting that certain roadways in their area be accepted into the
Mohave County Tertiary Road Maintenance system. Such roadways are
specifically set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, the Mohave County Public Works Department has
reviewed this matter and recommended that the roadways be accepted
into this System and determined that the roadways meet the minimum
standards required for such acceptance.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mohave County Board of
Supervisors hereby accepts the roadways set forth in Exhibit "A"
into the Mohave County Tertiary Road Maintenance System.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 5th DAY OF JANUARY, 1998

QUAIL CREST ROAD, beginning at Coyote Run Road and ending at 1418
Quail Crest Road.
