WHEREAS, ~he Bo~d of Supemisors of Mohave County me~ in session tMs S~ day of
Octobey, 1998, ~d;
WHE~AS, the Board of Supe~isors of Mohave County ac~owledg~d and refe~ed to
the Mohave County Transpo~ation Com~ssion the Petition to Establish Willow Drive as a
County ~ghway on the 1~~ of June, 1998, and;
WHE~AS, in the~ August 11, 1998 meeting, the Mohave Coumy Transpo~ation
Co~ission renewed the Petition and unaMmously voted to reco~¢nd to the Mohave County
Board of Supemisors to approve the ~equest to Establish W~low Drive as a County Highway,
and;
WHE~AS, on the 21 ~ day of September, 1998, the Board of Supe~isors of Mohave
County, ~zona, set O~ober 5, 1998 at 11:1~ a.m in the Mohave County Board of Supemisors
Meeting ~oom for Public Hearing the request to Establish Willow Drive as a County Highway,
~d;
WHE~AS, a map ~d description of said proposed ~ghway was available and the
right-of-way status has been reviewed by the County Engineer and dete~ned that the right-of-
way has been or may be acquired for Public ~oadway use by purchase, public easemem,
dedication or gran~, and;
WHE~AS, s~d being was held at the time and place set, ~d the Mohave County
Board of Supemisors invited co--em and considered the feasibility, adv~tages, disadvantages,
~d necessity of said proposed County Hi.way, and;
NOW ~FO~, BE IT ~SOLVED, that the Petition to Establish Willow Drive
as a Coumy ~ghway from Olive Avenue to Vanderslice Road in Mohave Valley, To~sMp 18
No~h, Range 22 West, Se~ions 25, 26, 27, 34, ~ 5, ~ 6 ~ ~ 7, ~la & Salt ~ver Meridian, Mohave
County, ~izona is hereby APPRO~D.
