AL 01: !'IOHAVE COL!N'['~'~ AZ J~)AN MC (ALL~ ~OHAVE COUNTY FEiO[;'.OE~' ,.~/.~'/~o~,.,,,~ 09:5~A PAGE ,t OF 2 HOHAVE C:OiiN]'Y [',OARD OF ~bP,.E.~,~..F,- ~~ RECOROING FEE 0.00 RESOLUTION NO. 98-426 Street Maintenance WHEREAS, the Mohave County Board of Supervisors at their meeting November 2, 1998 accepted a letter of petition requesting that certain streets in Sunlake Village, Tract 3700-B be accepted into the Mohave County Road System for maintenance; and WHEREAS, a public meeting was held on November 17, 1998 in the Supervisor's Chambers at which time the request to accept was discussed and considered by the Board; and WHEREAS, no one appeared to object and no written statements of objection opposing the granting of the request of said petition were received; and WHEREAS, an investigation has been made by the County Engineer, and County Attorney who have reported to the Board that the design and construction of the streets comply with Article 4.11 of the Subdivision and Road Maintenance Regulations of Mohave County, Arizona, for paved roadways wherein it was established that; A. The right-of-ways were properly established when Sunlake Village, Tract 3700-B was recorded on or about February 23, 1998. B. The streets have been properly laid out, opened and constructed without cost to the County within the confines of the right-of-way and in accordance with the specifications outlined in said Article 4.11. C. The streets are connected to public roadways by at least one road or street meeting the requirements for permanent access as defined by statute. WHEREAS, after a review of the request, reports and recommendations regarding this matter, the Board of Supervisors determined that it is in the public interest to accept these streets into the County System for maintenance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors as of this date does accept into the Mohave County Road System, for the purpose of maintenance, the listed described established, and defined streets within the recorded subdivision of Sunlake Village, Tract 3700-B. Jacob Row - From the West boundary of this Tract to the East boundary of this Tract, including its cul-de-sac bulb. Jacob Row Lane - From its intersection with Jacob Row northerly to the North boundary of this Tract. only to the degree of improvement (SS No. 101.10A Paved Roadways) at which they are now accepted by the County and that Public Funds may be expended for the maintenance of the streets herein described if and when a public need exists for such maintenance.
