HomeMy WebLinkAbout98-202 INDEXED 'r-?~Cw~22~2 Bg. 30~8 F'fi 740 06/03/98 Ot:29F' P~6E ~ OF ~ [IOH~VE COUNTY BO~RD OF SI.IF'E*~'ZSORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 RESOLUTION NO. 98-202 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH AN ACCEPTANCE OF AS-BUILT IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND RELEASE OF ALL REMAINING ASSURANCES FOR DESERT LAKES GOLF COURSE AND ESTATES, TRACT 4076-C, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF THE SW¼ OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, IN THE SOUTH MOHAVE VALLEY AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on June 1, 1998, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether as-built improvement plans should be accepted and whether all remaining assurances for the above-described subdivision should be released. The owner/developer of this tract is Desert Lakes Development, Inc., Fort Mojave, Arizona. The engineer of record is Stadler Consulting Engineers, Inc., Phoenix, Arizona, and WHEREAS, the property is located approximately four miles south of Bullhead City. The property is accessed via State Highway 95, then east one mile along Lipan Boulevard, then north along Mountain View Road and east to the site, and WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Desert Lakes Golf Course and Estates, Tract 4076-C, was recorded on May 23, 1990, and WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the as-built improvement plans submitted for this subdivision. The County Engineer recommends acceptance of the as-built improvement plans, and the release of all remaining assurances for this tract, and WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on May 13, 1998, the Commission recon~-nended APPROVAL of the As-Built Improvement Plans and a release of all remaining assurances for the completion of improvements for Desert Lakes Golf Course and Estates, Tract 4076-C, and WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in The Standard, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, May 16, 1998, and posted on May 15, 1998, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. PAGE 2 OF 2 B,K 3'98 F',S 741 FEE~951222~i2 RESOLUTION NO. 98-202 Page 2 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, June 1, 1998, APPROVED this acceptance o£the As-Built Improvement Plans and the release of all remaining assurances for Desert Lakes Golf Course and Estates, Tract 4076-C, as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
