WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County met in Regular Session this 15th
day of June, 1998; and,
WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of Mohave County to enter into an
Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Kingman for housing of its prisoners; and,
WHEREAS, Mohave County is empowered to enter into such agreements under the
provisions of ARS 11-951.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Mohave County
Board of Supervisors be and is hereby authorized to sign the aforementioned agreement as required
for implementation of the service.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1998.
