RESOLUTION NO. 99-228
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County met in Regular session on this 26th
day of July, 1999 and
WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to Arizona Revised
Statute 48-905, this Board did, on June 30, 1999, set July 26, 1999 for public bearing the formation of
the Mohave County Street Improvement District No. 1, wherein it did fix this date and place as the time
and place of hearing;
WHEREAS, notice of hearing has been given for the time and in the manner provided in said
Article and as appears from affidavits filed with the Clerk of this Board;
WHEREAS, ~ persons wishing to object to the establishment of the proposed district have,
before the date set for hearing, filed their objections with the Clerk of this Board, and 0 persons
appeared at the hearing and presented oral objections thereto; and
WI~REAS, evidence, oral and documentary, has been adduced to this Board has duly
considered the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED AND ORDERED, AS FOLLOWS:
l. That the petition presented to this Board as a result of which it set this hearing was signed by the
requisite number of owners of real property with in the proposed district, and is sufficient.
2. That the public convenience, necessity and welfare will be promoted by the establishment of the
district.
3. That all of the property within the proposed district will be benefitted by being formed into such
district and that said proposed district includes all of the property that Would be benefitted by
being so formed.
4. That the boundaries of said district are hereby established as those more particularly set forth as:

WILSHIRE AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT BOUNDARY:
That part of Section I2, Township 21 North, Range 17 West, Gila and Salt River Meridian,
Mohave County, Arizona described as £ollows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 15, Block 16, of Unit No. 1, Kingman Country. Club
Addition as shown of the plat thereof in the Mohave County Recorder's Office;
Thence, South 00° 02' West, I06 feet, to the southwest corner of said Lot 15;
Thence, South 890 54' 58" East, 560 feet, to the northwest corner of Lot 16 of said Block 16;
Thence, South 00° 02' West, 106 feet, to the southwest corner of said Lot 16;
Thence, South 890 54' 58" East, along the south line of said Lot 16, crossing North Ralph Street,
and continuing along the south line of Lot 30, Block 11 of said Kingman Country Club Addition, 140
feet, to the southeast corner of said Lot 30;
Thence, North 00° 02' East, along the east line of said Lot 30 and the east llne of Lot 15 of said
Block 11, a distance of 212 feet, to the northeast corner of Lot 15, Block 11;
Thence, North 12o 43' 35" West, 61.53 feet, to the southeast comer of Parcel B, as shown on that
Parcel Plat recorded in Book I, page 55 at Fee No. 79-8528 in said Mohave County Recorder's Office;
Thence, North 00° 33' 58" West, 184.45 feet to the northeast corner of said Parcel B; --
Thence, South 880 05' 47" West, along the north line of said Parcel B and Parcel C as shown on
said Parcel Plat, 761.34 feet, to the northwest corner said Parcel C;
Thence, South 250 46' 02" East~. 175.60 feet, to the southwest corner of said Parcel C;
Thence, South 00° 02' West, 60.00 feet, crossing Wilshire Avenue to the northwest comer of Lot
15 of said Block 16, to the point of beginning. End of Description
MALIBU ROAD STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT BOUNDARY:
Portions of Section 7, Township 20 North, Range 17 West, Gila and Salt River Meridian,
Mohave County, Arizona, described as follows:
Lots 23 through 36 of BIock 5, Lots 1 through 10 of Block of 6, Lot 7 of Block 8, and the
southwesterly 180 feet of Parcel N, as measured at right angles to the southwesterly line of said Parcel N,
all in Walnut Creek Estates, Unit 2, Tract 3013.

The Point of Beginning being the southwest corner of Walnut Creek Estates, Unit 3, Tract
3043-A;
Thence, South 89o 59' 19" East, 3949.81 feet to the southeast comer of Lot 11, Block 2 of said
Walnut Creek Estates, Unit 3:
Thence, South 00° 00' 35" West, 455.00 feet along the west line of Walnot Creek Estates, Unit 2,
Tract 3013:
Thence, South 560 40' 29" West, 418.57 feet;
Thence, North 00° 00' 35" East, 125.00 feet;
Thence, North 890 59' 19" West, parallel with the south line of said Walnut Creek Estates, Unit
3, a distance of 3600.56 feet to the west line of said Section 7;
Thence, North 00° 03' 23" East, along the west line of said Section 7, a distance of 560.03 feet to

5. That said territory is hereby declared formed into a County Improvement District under the
corporate name of Mohave County Street Improvement District No. 1 to pave the streets listed
and make any other local improvements, all of said work to be financed by special assessments
levied against the fronting lots and the issuance of assessment bonds as may now or hereafter be
ordered pursuant to the County Improvement District Laws.

6. Said district shall hereafter be body corporate with the powers of a municipal corporation for the
purposes of carrying out the provisions of this article.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Mohave County Board of Supervisors on this
26th day of July, 1999.

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MOHA VE COUNTY
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 OF MOHA VE COUNTY, ARIZONA,
ORDERING THE DISSOLUTION OF THE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MOHA VE
COUNTY STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 OF MORAVE COUNTY,
ARIZONA:
Section 1. The board finds that the district has issued no bonds and incurred
no obligations.
Section 2. The Board further finds that the District has no operation and
maintenance functions and therefore there are no operation and maintenance functions to be
taken over by an incorporated city or town or by the county. The Board further finds that the
District does not operate or provide any services and has no customers.
Section 3. The District has no property or plant remaining.
Section 4. The public convenience, necessity and welfare are no longer
promoted by the continuation of the District.
Section 5. The District is hereby dissolved pursuant to A.R.S. * 48-959,
Arizona Revised Statutes.
Section 6. The District has no outstanding work to be completed and the
maintenance of a general fund of the District is not necessary.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Board of Directors of the Mohave
County Street Improvement District No.1 of Mohave County, Arizona, on November 3,
2008.
