HomeMy WebLinkAbout99-297 RESOLUTION NO. 99-297 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA, DESIGNATING DIAMOND BAR RANCH ROAD, COUNTY ROUTE 261 AS PART OF THE FEDERAL AID HIGHWAY SYSTEM WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Mohave County, Arizona, met this 26a~ day of July, 1999, in Regular Session pursuant to the call of the Chairman in which all members joined; and WHEREAS, Mohave County has designated its Federal Aid Secondary System at the request of the Arizona Department of Transportation; and WHEREAS, only those roads functionally classified as County Highways, Arterials, and Collectors, and which are NOW on the County system are eligible as Federal Aid Secondary Routes; and WHEREAS, the Mohave County Transportation Commission has recommended that Diamond Bar Ranch Road, County Route 261, be established as Rural Major Collector in the County's current list of Federal Aid Secondary Routes: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Diamond Bar Ranch Road, County Route 261, be and are designated as Federal Aid Secondary Routes for Mohave County. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 26 day of' July 1999 MOHAVE C~OF SUPERVISORS
