OF '~ MOHA~E COUNTY BOAR{) OF SUPERVISORS RECORDING FEE 0.00 RESOLUTION NO. 99-392 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE NAMING OF A ROADWAY AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE SE¼ NW¼ SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 26 NORTH, RANGE 19 WEST, THE ROADWAY EASEMENT NAME BEING HILLTOP RANCH ROAD, IN THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA, MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Mohave County Board of Supervisors held on Monday, October 4, 1999, a public hearing was conducted to determine whether approval should be granted to name a Roadway and Public Utility Easement in the above-described area, as requested by Mohave County Planning and Zoning Department, amd WHEREAS, the roadway easement to be named is 20 feet in width. It is located approximately one-half mile west of Pierce Ferry Road mad five-eighths mile north of 13th Street. It runs west off of Kitmit Drive for approximately 1280 feet to its terminus, and WHEREAS, the name of "Hilltop Ranch Road" was chosen by an adjoining property owner and has been reviewed by the Mohave County Addressing Coordinator for duplication. Currently, properties along this alignment are using addresses along Kitmit Drive; however, due to the length of the easement, it should have its own name designation. This action is to legitimize the road name for the 911 Emergency Response System and cartographic documentation. There have been no objections to the roadway easement name, and WHEREAS, the following described Findings of Fact are for the above-captioned item: a. All notices have been advertised and posted according to regulations. b. The proposed action and effect complies with the Mohave County General Plan. c. The roadway easement is legally accessible from another road right-of-way. d. The roadway easement name has been checked for compliance with the Mohave County 911 addressing regulations for road naming. WHEREAS, at the public heating before the Mohave Cotmty Plamfing & Zoning Commission on September 8, 1999, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of HILLTOP RANCH ROAD as the name of the roadway and public utility easement as shown on Exhibit "A." WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in The Standard, a newspaper of general circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, September 15, 1999, and posted on September 17, 1999, as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations. RESOLUTION NO. 99-392 Page 2 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors, at their regular meeting on Monday, October 4, 1999, APPROVED HILLTOP RANCH ROAD as the roadway and public utility easement name as recommended by the Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission and outlined herein.
