RESOLUTION NO. 99-476
A RESOLUTION TO RENAME A ROADWAY IN SECTIONS 22 AND 27, TOWNSHIP 24

REPLACING "WHITE HILLS DRIVE," IN THE MOHAVE COUNTY GENERAL AREA,
MOHAVE COUNTY, ARIZONA.

Unit 1, is a paper subdivision only. This action is to legitimize the road name for the 911 Emergency
Response System and for cartographic documentation, and
WHEREAS, the proposed name has been reviewed by the Mohave County Rural Addressing
Coordinator for name duplication. Them have been no objections to this request, and
WHEREAS, the following described Findings of Fact are for the above-captioned item:

b. The proposed action and effect complies with the Mohave County General Plan.
c. The roadway is legally accessible from another road right-of-way.
d. The roadway name has been checked for compliance with the Mohave County 911 addressing
regulations for road naming.
WHEREAS, at the public hearing before the Mohave County Planning & Zoning Commission on
November 10, 1999, the Commission recommended APPROVAL of SANCTUARY ROAD as the name
of the roadway as shown on Exhibit "A."
WHEREAS, the notice of hearing was published in The Standard, a newspaper of general
circulation in Kingman, Mohave County, Arizona, November 17, 1999, mad posted on November 19, 1999,
as required by Arizona Revised Statutes and the Mohave County Zoning Regulations.
