SUMMARIZE THE ISSUE & DESIRED ACTION CLEARLY/ATTACH BACKUP MATERIAL:
A Petition to Establish Hatband Road in North Kingman as a County Highway was
acknowledged and referred to the Transportation Commission on October 15,2001. In their
meeting of December 11,2001, the Transportation Commission voted unanimously to
recommend the Board of Supervisors deny Hatband Road as a County Highway.
Recommended Motion: Set a Public Hearing for January 22, 2002 regarding the Petition to
Establish Hatband Road from Stockton Hill Road to A venida Ramirez in North Kingman as a
County Highway.
