SUMMARIZE THE ISSUE & DESIRED ACTION CLEARLY / A TT ACH BACKUP MATERIAL:
Approve the proposed settlement of Knorr Family, LLC v. l\1ohave County, TX2007 -000683 property tax valuation
appeal. This settlement involves one parcel located in the Laughlin Ranch master-planned project in Bullhead City,
ATizona and provides for a reduction in the full cash value of the parcel #213-75-008 [rom S3,012,463.00 to
$1,549,206.00, resulting in an estimated tax reduction of$11 ,040.21 (from $26,763.18 to $15,722.97) forthe 2008
tax year.
Recommended Motion: I move to approve the proposed settlement of Knorr Family, LLC v. Mohave County,
TX2007 -000683 property tax valuation appeal. This settlement provides for a reduction in the full cash value of
parcel #213-75-008 located in the Laughlin Ranch master-plalmed project in Bullhead City, Arizona from
$3,012,463.00 to $1,549,206.00, resulting in an estimated tax reduction of $11,040.21 (from $26,763.18 to
$15,722.97) for the 2008 tax year.
